100% welsh wool from the Cambrian Mountains in mid Wales. Spun from finest grade Welsh Mule, the name given to the local Welsh breed when crossed with Blue Faced Leicester this is a lovely soft wool with enough halo to make it amazing for colourwork patterns
Some of the names speak for themselves but here's the translation for the Welsh names:
Gwymon = Seaweed
Rhosyn = Rose
Hafan = haven or home and is the name of an old mine yielding a beautiful blue mineral
Cegin = kitchen
