Dragon's Egg Hat Pattern

This hat is the perfect tension swatch for our Here Be Dragons new Jumper pattern. It is big enough that you can make an accurate measurement of both stitch and row tension over the pattern and have something more interesting than a square to show for it.

Dragon's Egg is a fitted beanie style available in four sizes. XS (small child), S (older child/teen), M (small adult), L (large adult).

Recommended yarn is West Yorkshire Spinners Re:Treat chunky, 100% wool, 140m per 100g ball, one ball needed per hat

The pattern is knitted flat from the brim up and sewn together to maintain the pattern correctly across the seam. The pattern is fully charted.
