Learn the Basics: Lace

Have you thought about knitting lace but been put off a bit because a fine lace is for best, not for everyday?  Well, not all lace has to be traditional!

In our Learn the Basics: Lace class chunky yarn and big needles will be used to create a simple scarf.  The class will teach demonstrate how to translate charts and text into knitted lace and how to increase, decrease and shape.  The skills learned can then be transferred to any kind of garment and we’ll have a few in the shop to tempt the adventurous

Yarn and needles are provided together with refreshment

Classes are booked with a £25.00 deposit with the balance of £20.00 paid later or on the day.
